Once our team have reached out, we will send you a jiffy bag to pack the router, along with all accessories, like power and ethernet cables.
If you still have your original box, please include it.
Our delivery partner will collect the package with a pre-printed return label - just hand it over to the driver, and we'll take care of the rest. If they can't pick it up the first time, they'll try again.
Once the router is back with us, we will let you know!
