How Do I Follow Up And Respond To My Ticket?

1. Launch the Support Ticket vertical menu. This will reveal your ticket history (if any). Click the ticket from the list to follow-up.

2. The ticket information page will be shown, along with the subject line and details. If one of our support agents is assigned to your ticket, you will receive his response to your inquiry or complaint. If you want to post any remark under this topic, simply type the message and press the Reply button.
