1. Launch the Support Ticket vertical menu. This will reveal your ticket history (if any). Click the ticket from the list to follow-up.
2. The ticket information page will be shown, along with the subject line, details, and any supporting documents that were supplied.
3. If a support representative is assigned to your ticket, you will receive a response to your query or complaint.
4. If you want to leave a comment on this issue, just input your message.
5. Click the Reply button.
