How Do I Get My Device's Specifications?

1. From the dashboard, click Devices.

2. A list of devices in card view will be displayed.

(a) Each active device will display the Subscription/Warranty Date (if applicable) and Subscription/Warranty Expired Date (if applicable) immediately after the relevant device's feature list. Click Manage to gain access to the device's service e.g., Audra security service

(b) Inactive devices will have two buttons:

i) Learn more for further device specification e.g., public website where device details are provided.

ii) To order a specific device, click Order Now. Once the request has been approved, an agent will be assigned to complete the order within the timeframe you specified at the time of conversation with him/her.
