There are two ways to upgrade package details:
Option 1:
Directly from the dashboard, click Update Package.

Option 2:
1. From the dashboard, click Package.

2. The current package's average download and upload speeds will be displayed, along with the account holder name, current package(generally download speed in Mbps), contract start date(in ISO 8601 format), contact number(mobile phone) and email address.
3. Immediately after the package information, there is an option to update, click Upgrade package.

When you arrive at the update page, you will receive information about the available packages in your area. Select the desired package so that an agent may contact you and fulfill the request while abandoning the current package.
