Important Information

• All broadband packages are supplied on a 24-month minimum term.
• Broadband services are supplied as wires-only by default.
• Router hardware is optional and charged separately where selected.
• A yearly price increase of £3 per month will apply each April during and after the minimum term.
• Speeds and service availability depend on network coverage and installation address.

Charges apply only to equipment supplied by Carnival Internet that is not returned upon service cancellation or is returned damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Charges may vary depending on the condition, age, and recoverability of the equipment supplied.

 

Cancellation Charges

Charges may apply where:

• An engineer appointment is missed or cancelled with insufficient notice.
• No fault is identified on the Carnival Internet network.
• The issue is found to be caused by customer equipment, internal wiring, power supply, or third-party hardware.
• Additional installation works are requested outside of the standard service installation.

All charges are inclusive of VAT.
