How do I update my direct debit details?

To update your direct debit details, follow these steps in the self-care portal:

  1. Log into your Carnival Internet self-care portal.
  2. Go to the 'My Account' section.
  3. Select ‘Direct Debit Information’ and click on ‘Sent OTP' (This is a one time passcode to your email address)
  4. Enter this passcode into the boxes
  5. Enter your new account details and save the changes.
