When will my first bill come out?

As a Carnival customer, your first month of service is payable upfront. You will receive an email confirming this payment when you have placed your order, along with details in your self-care portal.

Your first official bill will be generated the month following your activation date. Four days before your bill is due, we’ll send you an email to remind you, and the payment will be automatically taken.

If this payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, then the payment will be taken on the next available working day.

Carnival Internet uses direct debits, so there’s nothing more to do-just sit back, relax, and enjoy your shiny new fibre connection while we handle the payment
