How do I send back my router?

Once you start the cancellation process, our team will reach out to arrange the router return.

You'll receive a jiffy bag to pack the router, along with all accessories, like power and ethernet cables. If you still have your original box, please include it.

Our delivery partner will collect the package with a pre-printed return label - just hand it over to the driver, and we'll take care of the rest. If they can't pick it up the first time, they'll try again.

Once we have recieved the router and determined all is well, we will let you know!
