Will I receive a confirmation from my current provider?

After submitting your switch request, your current provider should send you a confirmation email or text message. This usually arrives within a few minutes.

If you don’t receive it:

  • Check your junk/spam folder.
  • Ensure your email address or phone number is correct in your current provider’s records.

If you still don’t receive anything, your provider may have sent a letter instead, which can take 1-3 working days. Once received, just get back in touch with us to continue your switch.
