1. Go Services> Blog Sub categories
2. A list of blog subcategories will be shown with Subcategory Name(e.g., Rural). This data can be exported in.csv format if needed. Click +New to insert a new blog Subcategory. 

3. Put Category Name(e.g., Internet) and Subcategory(e.g., Rural).
Click Submit
