1. Go CMS> Knowledge Bank> Subcategory
2.A list of subcategories will be displayed, together with their Subcategory Name(e.g., Inventory, Financial) and Slug(last part of the URL as an identifier). This data can be exported in.csv format if needed. Click +New to insert a Subcategory.
3. Under first portion, put the Category(e.g., Modules),Subcategory Name(e.g., Inventory, Financial),Slug(last part of the URL as an identifier),Subcategory Summary,Subcategory Image,SEO Title,SEO Image,SEO Summary,SEO Keyword and Status(Active/Inactive). Then under Cms knowledge category langs panel, click +New and then put Language(e.g., English, French), Subcategory Name(e.g., Inventory, Financial) and Subcategory Summary.
Click Submit
