1. Go Accounts> Manage Opening Balance
2. A list of opening balances, i.e., amount of an asset, liability, equity, revenue, or expense at the beginning of an accounting period, coupled with the date(end date of the last accounting period),month(month of the current accounting period), year(year of the current accounting period), deposit from(e.g., bank/cash), opening head, amount (if required, you may export data in.csv format). Click +New to insert a new payment type
3. Enter the date,month, year, deposit from, opening head, amount and comment(if any). Click Submit
