How To Get Application State Change Log Count?

1. Go Reports> State Change Count> Application
2. A list of Application State Change Logs containing Application,Network,Zone,Status and Count will be showed.Click 
to get the detail log containing Application, Source, Network, Zone, Function, Status, Duration, Comments, Start Time(in date-time format) and End Time(in date-time format).
