1. Go Payment Collection
2. A payment collection list with Task Name, Assigned To (now performing),Status (current state)Next Date (to update phase)Feedback (if any)Invoice Details (by clicking, you receive a popup with the essential details)
will be provided (if necessary, export as a.csv file).Click the +New button.
3. Enter the Task Name, Invoice (against which you submit the payment collection step), Assigned To (another resource), Status (e.g. Paid, Committed to Pay, Temporary Discontinued, etc.), and Comment (if any).
Click Submit
