What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?

Updated on 14 Jan, 2025

Orders being delivered by Net Lynk Ltd require someone at aged 18 or over present at the delivery address.

Net Lynk Ltd will attempt to deliver twice.

If you miss both attempts and don’t contact them to rearrange your delivery, your parcel will either go to the nearest pick-up location or be taken back to their office where it will be held for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse.

If you are not at home when your broadband service delivery is scheduled, the following may happen:

  • Delivery Attempt: The delivery driver will attempt to deliver your equipment.
  • Delivery Notice: If you are not present, the driver will typically leave a notice at your door. This notice will provide instructions on how to reschedule delivery or arrange for pickup at a designated location.
  • Rescheduling: You can usually reschedule delivery by contacting the ISP's customer service department using the information on the notice.
  • Pickup: If rescheduling is not feasible, you may be able to pick up your equipment at a designated location, such as an ISP store or a local distribution center.

It is important to note that the specific procedures may vary depending on the ISP and the delivery service provider. It is always recommended to review the delivery terms and conditions provided by your ISP for detailed information.
