We know that plans change, so if you are no longer able to be at the property during the appointment booking, please get in touch with us no later than 48 hours before the visit is due.
We can’t promise that we will be able to move the visit especially if there isn’t enough time for us to re-arrange. However, we will try our best but please be sure to give us as much notice as possible!
