What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?

All of our routers are sent out with signed delivery to ensure that they don’t go walk abouts when you need them most!

What this means is that you will need to be at home when they are delivered! If you are not able to be at home the delivery will be attempted twice and then your router may be dropped off at a designated location such as a pickup store for collection.

If your router is not able to be delivered on the first attempt , please be aware that this may result in your line being activated before you have received the routers.

We always recommend ensuring you are at home to receive your delivery.
