To create a new user by copying an existing user, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Users section from the main menu.
2. Select the Copy User submenu.

3. The Copy User page will appear, prompting the following fields for input:

  • New User Number: Enter a unique user ID (2-20 characters); avoid reusing IDs for accuracy.
  • Password: Enter a password (2-100 characters); use letters, numbers, and ensure proper length.
  • Full Name: Enter the user's full name, with a minimum of 2 characters.
  • Source User: Enter the existing User ID to copy from.

4. Click Submit.
