To search for an existing user, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Users section from the main menu.
2. Select the Search For A User submenu.

3. The Search For A User page will appear, prompting you to input the following fields:

• User Number
• Full Name
• User Level (e.g., 0-9)
• User Group (e.g., Admin, Agent, Supervisor)

4. Click Search.

5. The search results will be displayed based on the entered criteria.
