How To View User Status For An Existing User?
Updated on 27 Nov, 2024The steps to view user status are as follows:
1. Navigate to the Users section from the main menu.
2. Click on Status from the User Listings page.
3. On the User Status page, get the following details:
- If user is Agent, then logged in or not
- Currently active in chats
- User is logged in to the timeclock or not
- Last logout time
