How To Configure Automatic Call Distribution?

Here is the steps to configure automatic call distribution:

1. Navigate to the Users section.  

2. The User Listings page will be displayed. Select a user by clicking on their User ID.  
3. The MODIFY A USER'S RECORD page will appear. Locate the AGENT INTERFACE OPTIONS section, specifically the Inbound Groups subsection:

  • Select the desired inbound group to receive calls from if the CLOSER campaign has been enabled.  
  • Assign a rank or skill level to enable preferred call routing when that option is activated. The default rank is 0, with 9 being the highest.
  • Configure daily call limits for each inbound group. By default, the LIMIT is set to -1, indicating no limit.  

4. Click SUBMIT
