Steps to Wrap Up a Call (Define Call Category, Update Account Information, and Include Call Recording):  

1.During the call, the agent can update the following customer information:  

  • Title  
  • First Name  
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name  
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2  
  • Address Line 3  
  • City  
  • State
  • Postcode
  • Province
  • Vendor ID: Populated from fronter
  • Gender  
  • Phone: Populated from the incoming phone number
  • Dial Code
  • Alternate Phone
  • Group (Show): Populated from the call group
  • Email
  • Comments  

2. Click HANGUP CUSTOMER button to disconnect the call. All conversations were automatically recorded because it is the system's DEFAULT function.

3. From the CALL DISPOSITION section:  

  • Select A-Answering Machine call category if applicable.  
  • To update the data, click the WEB FORM SUBMIT hyperlink.  
  • Otherwise, click the SUBMIT hyperlink to complete the process.
