Why is my Carnival Internet not working?

Updated on 13 Mar, 2025

This isn’t what we want, lets see what we can do about this!

First of all, let’s check what colour if showing on your eero device.

No Light

  • Check the cables and power source - wires should be connected securely and show no signs of damage
  • Plug directly into a socket that you know works if possible

Blinking White

  • Give it five minutes to start up and connect

Blinking Blue

  • It will do this when it's looking to connect to your phone/app during set up, make sure your devices are in range and you're following the instructions within the app

Solid Blue

  • The eero and your device are connected and you can continue the setup instructions displayed in the app

Blinking Green

  • Your device has detected multiple eero devices and doesn't know which one to connect to. Any un-added eeros should be unplugged until you've added and then move onto the next one

Blinking Yellow

  • Make sure you're using the USB-C power source provided with the eero you're connecting

Solid White

  • Happy days. You're eero is working as it should...but if it isn't working, it may be a signal issue, we recommend you carry out a speed test via your device, it will guide you through a network health check to identify issues and provide simple solutions.

Solid Red

  • That's not good, go check out the article specifically on this in Eero Troubleshooting.
