How Can Roles Be Maintained And Assigned Effectively?

A user's role can be assigned through User Level and User Group during user creation or modification from the User Listings page.

Additionally, access permissions can be precisely customized in specific scenarios using the following sections:

  • Agent Interface Options
  • Admin Report Options
  • Admin Interface Options Security Options (enable only when necessary)
  • API User Options (enable only when necessary)
  • Disable Admin and Agent Screen Options
  • Level 9 Admin Options

These settings allow for granular control over user access and functionality based on organizational requirements.
