Steps to playback all recordings based on the account number and from the recording pool:

1. Download the desired report from Export Calls Report in TXT format.

NOTE: Are you in need of assistance retrieving Export Calls Report? Please READ 

2. Copy the contents of the TXT file and paste them into an Excel file.

3. Locate the account number in the phone_number column and the corresponding agent in the user column.

4. Retrieve the desired call recording from the LOCATION column of the Recordings for this Time Period (10,000 record limit) section considering suffix at the FILENAME column of the same section of the User Stats report.
